Comcapsy 700mg/30mg Tablet is a combination chemotherapy medication containing Capecitabine (700 mg) and Cyclophosphamide (30 mg). It is primarily used in the treatment of metastatic breast cancer and metastatic colorectal cancer.

Mechanism of Action:

• Capecitabine is a prodrug that converts into 5-fluorouracil (5-FU) in the body, inhibiting DNA synthesis and slowing cancer cell growth.

• Cyclophosphamide is an alkylating agent that damages the DNA of cancer cells, preventing their replication and leading to cell death.
